Our Congregation
At every Sunday worship service, we welcome our full-time members, associate members who belong to other congregations, and visitors from across the country and around the world.
Lord of the Mountain members come from a variety of Christian backgrounds, including Lutherans, Roman Catholics, Presbyterians, UCC, Episcopalians and many others. Regardless of your faith tradition, you are welcome here and invited to share at our communion table.
Getting Involved
Visitors, seasonal members and individuals seeking a congregation in Summit County are always welcome to worship with us and invited to participate in all ministries and functions of the congregation described on our website at lordofthemountains.org.
You may also subscribe to our weekly e-mail newsletter, the LOTM eNews, to learn about upcoming events, fellowship activities, local and worldwide outreach, volunteering and giving opportunities, celebrations, education and more. Church membership is not a requirement for participating or volunteering in any activities.
Becoming a Member
If you would like to become a member of Lord of the Mountains, you can do so by talking with our Pastor and attending an orientation which includes a discussion about your faith journey, your hopes and expectations in affiliating with us, and our hopes and expectations for members of Lord of the Mountains.
Already a member of another congregation? You may choose to be an Associate member which grants you the same rights and privileges as a full member, except for casting a vote in a congregational meeting. We are not a substitute for your home congregation, but a complement to it!
Please contact the church office to make an appointment with the pastor if you are interested in membership options.
